Our Interns - 2023

Intership in GMCE Haifa Hub

The GMCE Haifa Hub has welcomed our interns for this summer. Our interns come from various universities with various intellectual backgrounds, interests, and aptitudes. These range from Business Management, Communication, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Sustainability, Information Systems, Marketing, and Psychology. The intern experience is pivotal not only on a professional level but also on a personal level. Unconditional effort and support are invested into allowing our interns to blossom holistically while living abroad. Whether it be advice pertaining to culture, travel, or career direction we view the comprehensive assortment of pursuits that transpire outside of the office to be an integral component to the development of our team.

Hi, my name is Spencer Harding and I am an intern at the GMCE Haifa hub. Currently I am a rising junior attending Worcester Polytechnic, studying electrical and computer engineering. This summer I am working with Asparna helping them test their new product Filo.

Hi, my name is Sam Izsak, and I am an intern at GMCE Haifa Hub, specifically Asparna. I am originally from New Hampshire, but I am going to be a junior at University of Vermont. I am studying math and computer science.

My name is Abigail Shaposhnick and I am a rising junior at Boston University studying psychology. This summer I worked under Or Gavish doing research to help develop her startup - MedSchool. I have really enjoyed working at the Haifa Hub this summer and am learning so much from my research and the people around me.

Hi, I'm Michelle Wang, and I'm a rising second-year undergraduate at the University of California, Berkeley studying computer science. I'm interning at Asparna in the GMCE Haifa Hub this summer working on testing and benchmarking their data compression system.

Hi my name is Espi Garschina and I am an intern at GMCE Haifa Hub and MedSchool. I am a rising junior at Clark University in Massachusetts and am studying Geography and Studio Art.
