Our story

In March 2020, with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 'AGING IL' community was established for social innovation in the field of aging. In this community we, social entrepreneurs, met, and dreamed of how to make the world better for the old in the present and in the future.

Our team has chosen to focus on expanding and improving intergenerational activity.

We have established the "Achavat Hadorot" a central entity, virtual community and mapping programs and intergenerational organizations. The platform allows us all to gain knowledge, impart knowledge, create collaborations, enable exposure to organizations and anyone who wants and wants to promote an intergenerational program.
Together we will all promote a less lonely, less aged and much better society.

Project team:
    Tamar Berger, granddaughter, daughter, and has multi-generational friendships. Social entrepreneur in the field of old age, manager of national activities in the Ametz Saba project and founder of "Navonim - Marketplace Opportunities for the Elderly".
    Dr. Ofer Markman, father to grandchildren and a son. Serial entrepreneur, director and operator of an age-oriented innovation and entrepreneurship program at Father Innovation in Life Sciences in Haifa GMCE, Doctor of Chemistry, mentor and entrepreneur in the international development worlds.
    Moran Zipper, granddaughter, daughter and a mother. An intergenerational social entrepreneur, CEO of Zichron B'Salon, an initiative that was also a co-founder about a decade ago and a member of the board of directors of the 20-80 Connections Association.
    Meital Zrubnik, granddaughter, daughter and a mother, a Jerusalemite, a member of the Dori Contact Association (former director of the association) and director of the Career Development Center for Young People in Jerusalem.
